OTTERBURN is a new house, having been built in the latter
half of 2004. It sits in an acre of land, with stunning views
across Loch Sunart and to the Morvern hills beyond.
There are two guest bedrooms, both of which are on the ground
floor:
"STAG ": A Double room with mountain views.
This is also a spacious shower room en-suite with both rooms
again having central heating. Tea, coffee and shortbread
are provided daily. A hairdryer is also provided.
"OTTER": A spacious Twin/Double room with a
loch view. There is a large shower room en-suite, with both
rooms having central heating radiators. Tea, coffee and shortbread
are provided daily. A hairdryer is also provided.
Lounge:
Guests have their own TV lounge with a magnificent view of
the loch. There is a good selection of local maps, reference
books, novels and board games. Binoculars are at hand for
sightings of otters and seals on the loch.
A full Scottish breakfast is served whilst enjoying the loch
view.
Clothes drying facilities are available and there is ample
car-parking space.
Cycles can be garaged if required.
There is NO SMOKING inside the house nor are pets allowed.
